How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select the ceramic items you love, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
Are all your ceramic products handmade?
Yes. Every piece from NuwCrafts is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Small variations in color, texture, and shape are part of what makes each item unique and special.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing usually takes 3–5 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your region and shipping method.
Can I amend and cancel my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
What should I do if my ceramic item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send photos of the damaged item and packaging to nuwcrafts@outlook.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other major credit/debit cards.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure encryption technology to ensure your personal and payment information is fully protected.
Can I use more than one payment method for my order?
Currently, we can only process one payment method per order. If you wish to use multiple payment types, please place separate orders.
What currency will I be charged in?
All prices are listed in USD by default, but your payment provider may automatically convert the amount into your local currency at the current exchange rate.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Please email nuwcrafts@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or damage, we’ll cover the shipping costs. For other reasons (such as a change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, if you’d prefer a different product, we’re happy to arrange an exchange (subject to availability). Please contact us for assistance before sending your return.
