Every ceramic piece in our shop is lovingly made by hand — which means each one has its own tiny personality. Small variations in colour, glaze, or shape make your piece truly one of a kind, and are not considered faults.

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it.

Simply email us at nuwcrafts@outlook.com with your order number and a few clear photos — we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

      •     We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or small handmade differences (like slight colour or shape variations).

      •     Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

      •     Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the item is faulty.
